Strikes
Since February 2024 the workers decided to say “enough is enough” demanding fair working conditions as salary raises, the end of temporary contract loopholes, among others.
Struggling workers fired
In an attempt to suffocate the struggle, more than 100 active strugling workers were laid off by TelePerformance, amongst many were top performers in their departments.
€60 Million net profit per Year
Aproximatedly €60.000.000,00 net profit per year in Greece alone, built on the back and sweat of its workers in Greece.

Strike at Teleperfomance!
Your union has declared a strike on your workplace. You were supposed to meet them at the gathering place in order to make a massive appearance outside the building and demonstrate. But… You woke up with a hangover and you forgot all about the strike.
You went straight to your office… How shameful… You hear the union chanting below. You must go and join them. To avoid embarrassment you must convince some of your co-workers to join. Maybe some brochures can help.
